	:The E.A.SY. The project, as part of the wider framework of EU’s E-learning programme, intends both to improve the on line learning quality and to ease the European students’ access to the ICTs.

			These are the goals that they want to reach:
			*To integrate mobility programmes in European Union and in Third Countries, in particular to develop available tools for virtual mobility in one’s capacity as reinforcements for physical/real mobility.
			*To support and to develop a good use of ICT, in European educational and training systems, to increase their quality.
			*To promove and to encourage the ECTS System: in particular, this project wants to reinforce the transnational offices and services in universities and to develop new professional skills for human resourches in organizational processes.
			*To reinforce and to improve accommodation services, training and formation centres, synergie between virtual and traditional models that can promote training in the three different levels.
